At DoctorAdam, we provide compliant telehealth services and prescription medications through licensed U.S. pharmacies. Due to the regulated nature of prescription drugs and applicable federal and state pharmacy laws, all medication orders are final once processed and shipped.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At DoctorAdam, we are committed to providing safe, compliant, and medically responsible telehealth services. Due to the nature of prescription medications and applicable federal and state regulations, all medication orders are final once processed and shipped.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We cannot cancel or modify any order that has already been processed or shipped.
Once an order has left the pharmacy facility, shipment cannot be stopped or redirected.
Please ensure that all information — including shipping address, medication selection, and patient details — is accurate before completing your purchase.
Prescription Medication Policy
All prescription medication sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns of prescription items under any circumstances. This policy is in place to:
- Protect the integrity and safety of medications
- Prevent tampering or contamination
- Comply with federal and state pharmacy regulations
- Ensure patient safety
DoctorAdam is not responsible for medication orders once they have been shipped by the dispensing pharmacy.
Refunds will not be issued for medications that show confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that prescription medications are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed and shipped by the pharmacy partner, in accordance with U.S. pharmacy regulations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a lost or stolen package claim.
- DoctorAdam cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.
If you require replacement medication, a new order must be placed and standard charges will apply.
Incorrect Orders or Pharmacy Errors
If you believe:
- You received the wrong medication
- Your order was processed incorrectly
- There was a pharmacy dispensing error
