Yes. Enclomiphene is a prescription medication. You complete a short online consultation, and a licensed DoctorAdam provider reviews your health history and symptoms to decide whether it is appropriate for you — no in-person visit needed. Each tablet contains 6.25mg of enclomiphene citrate, prepared for you by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. Enclomiphene is the isolated isomer of clomiphene — the one that raises testosterone — without zuclomiphene, the slow-clearing isomer associated with the mood and estrogenic effects men often report on Clomid.

One tablet daily, at roughly the same time each day, with or without food. Consistency matters more than timing. Your provider confirms your exact schedule when your prescription is issued, and may adjust it based on how you respond.

Most men start at 6.25mg. It is the lower of our two strengths and is usually enough to move testosterone into a healthy range while keeping side effects minimal. Your provider may move you to the 12.5mg capsule if your follow-up results call for it. You do not need to decide on your own — that is what the consultation is for.
